Seven rows of vines - that’s how it started. A family patch that grew into a statement: wine doesn’t need glitter or gimmicks to be real. Nature does the heavy lifting; they just step in with dirty boots and curious hands.
The vineyard is alive with animals: horses plow, cows feed the soil, bees keep the balance. Everything is biodynamic, everything circles back to the land. Grapes are pressed the old way, wines age in barrels, clay eggs, even underground Georgian qvevri - no chemistry, no tricks, just patience.
Every vintage here is a roll of the dice, never the same twice, but always raw, expressive, and straight to the point. This is wine for people who refuse to settle, who want surprise in the glass instead of boredom. Hard to make, dangerously easy to drink
