A blend of Gruner Veltliner and Riesling, grapes on skins for 24 hours, the must fermented in wooden barrels, aging for 10 months. The entire wine production process is bottled without the addition of sulfur. Specifically bottled with lees, suitable to be shaken before serving like acid or can be decanted and served clean.
