Natural fermentation in semi-closed casks for almost 100 days which allows the wine to 'breathe' just enough (helps to soften harsh tannins), instead of aggressively squeezing the grapes, Kolfok let them soak gently, like tea. By avoiding 'punching down' or 'pumping over,' they kept the tannins incredibly silky and the aromatics bright. It’s why the wine feels so light and elegant on your palate despite its deep color! 

Somewhere in between on the spectrum of light to medium, silky, fruit bomb-y! with refreshing acidity that makes it dangerously drinkable. Living proof that you don't need serious oak for Blaufrankish to shine.
