One part pressed directly with zero skin contact, the other part is given short maceration on the skins before blending them together. Results in fresh, smooth and super drinkable white with soft minerality and fruity notes.

1 Liter! Represents the idea of long drinks with friends like the ones they used to have in the old taverns of the past, where liters, half liters and quarts were used for serving.
