NatCool Red

This wine was made in Solera style, meaning it uses a fractional blending system where younger wines are gradually blended into older ones, creating consistency and layered complexity over time. Happens to be also used in fortified wines and whisky!

The grapes were hand-selected, and the must had brief skin contact to preserve its ruby color, freshness, and minerality. It was then pressed and aged 6–10 months on fine and coarse lees in stainless steel tanks, blended solera-style with other vintages, allowing natural malolactic fermentation. Finally, it rested 3 months in the bottle. Light-to-medium body, fresh & juicy with herbal earthy aftertaste.
