Simple and profound idea behind this bottle: Imogen and Robyn wanted wine that will mirror Mediterranean spirit of Languedoc. 

This bottle is also a part of their sourcing project Le Quai à Raisins in partnership with winemakers from Languedoc. Through these collaborations, they vinify grapes from different terroirs with their endemic varieties.

Direct press with indigenous yeasts; low temperature fermentation; 8 months on lees with roughly 30% in French oak. Fresh and saline with citrus peel, pear, and gentle stone fruit.
