Patrick Bouju was literally just an IT guy at IBM when he discovered he was severely intolerant to the sulfites used in conventional wine. Instead of giving up drinking, he quit his corporate tech job, moved to the volcanic hills of Auvergne, and became one of the undisputed godfathers of the French natural wine movement! Because the yields from his own old vines are notoriously tiny, "G & M" is his wild negociant project where he sources organic grapes from across France to extract pure, uncompromising magic.

A completely untamed orange wine blending Muscat, Grenache Gris, Riesling, and varying white grapes depending on the vintage. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and skin-macerated in amphora with absolutely zero added sulfur. Expect a massive explosion of tropical lychee, crushed grapefruit, mandarin orange peel, and a fiercely grippy, tea-like tannic finish. It is literally sunshine in a bottle, armed with a serious, rebellious edge.
