Eteronimo

Philosophical wine and that's what we love here. So it's called Eteronimo, which refers to the linguistic phenomenon of heteronyms, which are words that are spelled the same but have different pronunciations and meanings (for example, the word 'content' is both an information and being satisfied, like we are with this wine).

How is it all connected to this wine? It’s a wink to the fact that this doesn’t taste like Cortese is “supposed” to (so clean & obedient); here, because of 5 days skin contact, it suddenly shows a second personality with grip, herbs and bitterness. Fresh, floral, citrusy, with pleasant acidity and a touch of minerality.
