Continuing the cut duo, this orange from Fernao Pires & Vital opens with tea leaves, dried apricots, herbs & a hint of chamomile. Just about right for summer day outside, fresh & mineral kick under your ribs. 

The wine remained with skins for 12 days and grapes then were pressed into a
stainless steel tank where fermentation continued until it was completed. The wine was
racked during winter, blended and bottled the following spring.
