Produced by Antoniolo, a historic family estate, using hand-harvested grapes, natural yeast fermentation, and long aging in large oak casks (~36 months) plus bottle aging (~12 months). A wine that makes you poetic. Very intense scent of morello and cherries, framed by an earthy primal smell of rain after a heat wave. Fruit, flowers and an endless aftertaste.
