The grapes were hand-selected, and the must had brief skin contact to preserve its ruby color, freshness, and minerality. It was then pressed and aged 6–10 months on fine and coarse lees in stainless steel tanks, blended solera-style with other vintages, allowing natural malolactic fermentation. Finally, it rested 3 months in the bottle.
