As we work with alcoholic beverages—products that are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions—our refund and return policy follows strict quality and safety standards. Please read the conditions carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:
1.1 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging

Your order number
We will contact the Postal transportation service and will solve the issue with them.
1.2 Incorrect Order
If we send the wrong bottle or wrong quantity, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of wine and alcoholic beverages, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Wines that were opened or partially consumed

Wines that did not meet personal taste expectations

Orders reported after 7 days from delivery

Products damaged after delivery

Gifts, promotional items, or discounted/clearance bottles (unless damaged on arrival)
We cannot accept returns for items that require specific storage conditions once delivered (heat exposure, improper storage, etc.).
3. Wine Faults (Corked, Oxidised, or Spoiled Bottles)
Natural wines can vary from bottle to bottle, and some characteristics (sediment, cloudiness, slight fizz, etc.) are normal and not considered faults.
If you believe a bottle is genuinely faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

A description of the issue

Batch number or photo of the bottle

Proof that at least 80% of the wine remains in the bottle
We will assess each case individually. Refunds or replacements for wine faults are offered at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets the conditions in Section 1.
5. Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Do not send items back without contacting us—returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
