David grew up in Beaujolais, carrying on a family winegrowing tradition stretching back around 180 years, while Celia, originally from Catalonia, joined the estate in 2019, adding fresh energy and storytelling to their project.

They only work with Gamay and Chardonnay in their 8 hectares estate, making beautifully different Beaujolais Nouveau and in general having main focus on Gamay. Vineyards are organically farmed with deep respect for the soil and ecosystem becaude David and Celia believe that every wine starts in the vineyard and should mirror the place it comes from.

We love how they are radically authentic in the best non-cheesy sense of this word: there is a poem in French on every bottle, and most of the wines are named as a reference to cult movies or pop culture, so you can meet ‘Zombie’ or ‘Piranha’ among their production as an homage. These wines are never boring!
