The winey, dark, rich character of this beer is reminiscent of sherry or port. Jubel is aged for 18 months in fresh fino sherry barrels with a little sherry in it. Notes of macadamia, dried fruit, mocha, tender acids and soft tannins.
If you like orange wine this is the cider for you! After the first fermentation the cider spends 7 days with the pomace of Welschriesling, Riesling and Cabernet Franc. Creating an exciting flavour profile - strawberries, cherries, with great acidity.
