Coteaux de Layon

Vieilles Vignes

Made from 60-year-old vines in the northern Jura region. Kept in small oak barrels for three years, creating a gorgeously complex and full-bodied wine, serving you classic notes of honey and hazelnut.

Gneiss & Glimmer Gruner Veltliner

Pink Label

This rosé has been aged for 12 months in oak barrels and gone through a malolactic fermentation. The bouquet is full of red summer fruits, some rhubarb and a gentle licorice. A soft and gentle story full of elegance!

Dark Ages

A blend of Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, macerated on skins for 24 hours. After this the must is fermented in wooden barrels and aged for 10 months. Intentionally bottled with lees so Filip’s advice is to shake before serving or decant and serve clear.

Metis, Thillardon

A ruby red Beaujolais from Domaine Thillardon with notes of ripe red fruits merged with some floral notes and a gentle spiceness. Métis is a well balanced, light and layered wine that pairs equally well with your salad as with charcuterie.
