Vulkan Alte Reben

Three old vineyards on vulcanic clay are used for this wine, the Burgenland type of Grüner Veltliner, very unique in it‘s style. Whole bunch pressing and staying on the full lees in big oak vats, for which Kolfok uses their own wood to make the barrels.

Pupo Zero Greco

Spicy orange from Greco di Tufo with only 2 days of maceration, giving great structure, fine acidity and notes of nectarine, pineapple, citrus and mint. This bottle will be gone before you know it!

Timorasso Montecitorio

The Timorasso is a vulnerable grape and was almost extinct until Walter Massa replanted it. His Timorassos are considered the best white wines of Piemonte. Montecitorio is full and grand, with aromas of honey, nuts, pear and apricot

A white cuvée blend from Moravia from a lot of varieties (Veltlin, Vlasak, Rynak, Sylvan, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc) harvested at the same time and processed together.

Palmiet Chardonnay

Full of citrus fruits, baked apples and a distinct minerality. You will also find a touch of smoked hay and a great acidity all beautifully integrated in an oakiness giving you a complex Chardonnay with a medium body.
