The winey, dark, rich character of this beer is reminiscent of sherry or port. Jubel is aged for 18 months in fresh fino sherry barrels with a little sherry in it. Notes of macadamia, dried fruit, mocha, tender acids and soft tannins.

Weide is a particularly light beer with locally grown Spalter hop, which gives subtle notes of lime and young grass
