Le Quai à Raisins

Garmatcha

Kept in oak barrels for 12 months and then 4 months in steel vats. In the nose you´ll find elderflower and graphite. The mouth is full of cherry and red currants paired with a long mineral finish. Great ageing potential.

Menhir

A crisp and fresh red that can easily be drank chilled. Pure and mineral typical Grenache notes extracted with only 5 days of maceration, aged for 8 months in concrete egg and neutral french oak barrels. An example of what old vines can do in the Gard!

Lopin

100 % Cinsault coming from estate vines located in the Gard. The grapes are macerated for 12 days and aged 12 months in oak foudres, amphoras and stainless steel tanks. A complex red with delicate tannins, long minerality and peppery strawberry notes.

Syrault

A dangerously drinkable wine from stone and clay terroirs. Macerated 7 days without pumpovers or punchdowns to keep an elegant and complex structure, aged 8 months in stainless steel. Fruit forward wine with peppermint and blueberry notes.

Le Touriste

Kept in French oak barrels for 15 months on lees and what comes out is a full, rounded, but zingy Chardonnay with hints of lemon zest and ginger. In the nose you´ll be met with a soft pear which quickly goes over to dried apricots.

Janis

A lively sparkling rosé petnat, perfect for apero! Fermentation goes on in the bottle, dissolving natural bubbles in this sparkling wine. After 9 months ageing on lees, the wines are riddled and disgorged, revealing fresh strawberry and cherry aromas.

Umami

Bubbles that suit both sunny and rainy days! Delicate hints of white peach, ginger and a superb saline finish. It does what it says on the tin, packed with umami and balanced by a light and refreshing bubble.

Méridional Magnum

Fermented and aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels (30%) and bottled after staying on lees for 8 months. Méridional is a white wine of Mediterranean influences with light saltiness, great freshness, a creamy undertone and a very floral bouquet
